If your promo code isn’t working, here are a few quick things to check:

1. Terms & Conditions
   Make sure your order meets any promotion requirements — like a minimum spend, eligible products, or valid dates.

2. Watch for Extra Spaces
   Codes are case-sensitive and don’t like sneaky spaces! Try copying and pasting again with no spaces before or after.

3. Cart Eligibility
   Some codes don’t apply to bundles, sale items, or subscriptions. Double-check your cart to make sure everything qualifies.
